Sculpture in the Parklands is a permanent outdoor sculpture exhibition set in the Lough Boora Parklands not far from Tullamore. The idea of Sculpture in the Parklands is to inspire artists to create artworks in response to the unique landscape of the cutaway bogland at Lough Boora, Co. Offaly. During the Congress the renowned U.S. artist Patrick Dougherty

In addition, delegates who have spare time may wish to visit the site of their own accord to see the artist in action.
