Speaker Guidelines

Oral presentations will use LCD projection only. There will be no facilities for 35 mm transparencies or overhead transparencies.

Presenters have 20 min slots -15 minutes for their talk and 5 minutes for questions or discussion. It is essential to stay within the time slot.

Presentations must be on PowerPoint files (.ppt), suitable for use with Windows XP. Presentations prepared in Powerpoint 2007 must be saved as an earlier version. No embedded files such as audio or video are permitted.

Please provide your presentation(s) to the audio-visual technician in the speaker ready room on CD, DVD or memory stick.

• Is clearly labelled (with your name, presentation title, day and time of presentation)
  
  
• Contains only the final version of your presentation.

Speakers may not use their own computers for the session. Files must be uploaded in the speaker ready room before the oral session.
