The Organising Committee wishes to specially encourage the participation of students and young researchers in the Congress. To this end a reduced fee will be charged for students. In addition, the Canadian National Committee of the I.P.S. will again offer the Stephen Zoltai Award which is designed to motivate students to present high quality papers. There are two categories of award, one for oral presentation papers and one for Posters. In each category prizes and certificates are given for first, second and third place.
